Any queries regarding your purchase or if you are having difficulties processing your payment,

Payments
All payments must be received and cleared before goods are sent

Pink Giraffe accepts direct deposit, paypal, money order and bank cheque.
Credit card purchases can be made through Paypal, all you need to do is
create a Paypal account for a secure method of payment
Payment must be received with 7 days of purchase or
the order will be cancelled and goods relisted.

Returns/Refunds
I will exchange/refund if you are unhappy with your purchase as long as the item has been clean,
unworn and unwashed. If you have ordered the wrong size and i have another size in the
same fabric then we can organise an exchange. Most of my dresses though are using very
limited fabric run so it may be a different fabric which you can
approve if you would like to exchange.

Postage
All items are sent via standard Australia post. If you want the goods to be sent by express or
registered post, extra will be charged.

Once payment has been received and cleared, goods will be posted within 48 hours.
